- Account Managers must have a minimum of five years of experience in a direct sales role. Of that, we prefer at least two years of experience in the electronic component distribution industry, and at least two years experience working with sales technology.
- A college degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a strong communicator, with a compelling and engaging phone presence. Ability to work with strong personalities in a collaborative manner while in a dynamic work environment.
- Bring a daily strong work ethic, positive attitude.
